Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

This document sets out the terms on which personal data is processed on behalf of customers (Article 28 GDPR) in the Desk & Park service. The binding text is Annex D to the Desk & Park service agreement, together with the clauses of the agreement it refers to; in case of any discrepancy, the agreement prevails. Customers with an individually negotiated agreement (Enterprise plan) are bound by the data processing terms of that agreement.

1. Conclusion of the agreement

By creating an Organization on deskandpark.com and accepting the Agreement, the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, the Customer, acting as the controller of personal data (in particular the data of its employees and contractors), entrusts Pixel of Software sp. z o.o., registered office: ul.
