Desk & Park is a multi-tenant SaaS for workplace booking: employees reserve desks, meeting rooms and parking spaces on an interactive office map and confirm attendance by QR check-in, while unclaimed bookings are released automatically. It is built for companies running a hybrid or shared office that need to allocate limited desks, rooms and parking spots fairly and to see real occupancy. Each organization gets its own isolated database; it runs in the browser and as an Android app.

What is Desk & Park?+
Desk & Park is a workplace-booking application for hybrid offices. Employees book desks, meeting rooms and parking spaces on an interactive floor map, check in on site with a QR code, and administrators see occupancy and no-show analytics. It is offered as SaaS by Pixel of Software sp. z o.o. (Warsaw, Poland).
How does parking-space booking work in Desk & Park?+
An administrator uploads the parking plan and places a pin on each spot. An employee picks a free spot on the map for a chosen day and books it; on arrival they scan the spot's QR sticker to check in. A spot not checked in within the check-in window is released automatically, and a permanently assigned spot can be released by its holder for days they are away.
How does check-in and automatic no-show release work?+
Check-in is open from 60 minutes before to 60 minutes after the booking start, by scanning the QR sticker on the desk or parking spot, or from the app. A booking that is not checked in within that window is marked as a no-show and the space returns to the pool for others. Meeting rooms are held for their booked slot and are not auto-released.
How are meeting rooms booked and managed?+
Meeting rooms are booked per time slot from the map or from the room's QR sticker, which books the next slot aligned to the hour or half hour. A tablet mounted next to the room (kiosk mode) shows the day's schedule and takes check-ins; it is paired with a one-time six-digit code and cannot create bookings itself.
How is customer data isolated and what does it cost?+
Every organization runs in its own physically separate PostgreSQL database, so backups, restore and erasure are per customer. Payments are processed by Stripe and card data never reaches Desk & Park servers. A free Start plan is available; Standard, Pro and Enterprise plans are billed monthly or yearly in PLN, EUR or USD.
