Desk & Park is a workplace-booking application for hybrid offices. Employees book desks, meeting rooms and parking spaces on an interactive floor map, check in on site with a QR code, and administrators see occupancy and no-show analytics. It is offered as SaaS by Pixel of Software sp. z o.o. (Warsaw, Poland).

An administrator uploads the parking plan and places a pin on each spot. An employee picks a free spot on the map for a chosen day and books it; on arrival they scan the spot's QR sticker to check in. A spot not checked in within the check-in window is released automatically, and a permanently assigned spot can be released by its holder for days they are away.

Check-in is open from 60 minutes before to 60 minutes after the booking start, by scanning the QR sticker on the desk or parking spot, or from the app. A booking that is not checked in within that window is marked as a no-show and the space returns to the pool for others. Meeting rooms are held for their booked slot and are not auto-released.

Meeting rooms are booked per time slot from the map or from the room's QR sticker, which books the next slot aligned to the hour or half hour. A tablet mounted next to the room (kiosk mode) shows the day's schedule and takes check-ins; it is paired with a one-time six-digit code and cannot create bookings itself.

Every organization runs in its own physically separate PostgreSQL database, so backups, restore and erasure are per customer. Payments are processed by Stripe and card data never reaches Desk & Park servers. A free Start plan is available; Standard, Pro and Enterprise plans are billed monthly or yearly in PLN, EUR or USD.
